I do not bill insurance.
For clients who have out of network benefits, I am happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance company to receive potential reimbursement for a portion of the therapy services. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier directly to determine their out of network benefits.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check and most credit cards or HSA cards. You will have the option to use a confidential online AutoPay system. More information will be provided to you at our first session.
Initial sessions are 75 minutes in length. Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. At the start of treatment. sessions typically occur on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on the client’s needs. As treatment progresses, sessions may be be more infrequent. Length of time in therapy will depend on the individual client’s circumstances.
I kindly ask for 24-hour hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. A fee may be applied for missed appointments, or for appointments that are not cancelled within this timeframe.
I am currently offering both in-person and tele-therapy options, depending on the needs of the individual/family. In person sessions are preferred when working with children.
